About Cameroon Build Expo
With a population exceeding 23 million and a rapidly growing economy at the rate of 5.6% annually, Cameroon is the rising star of Central Africa. Not only its geopolitical position and vast natural resources, but also economic breakthroughs and increasing industrialization of the country make Cameroon a strong actor in the region. Cameroon is a part of Bank of Central African States, the Customs and Economic Union of Central Africa (UDEAC) and the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA).
Organized by Expotim & Ladin Group, CAMEROON BUILD CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EXHIBITION provides a brand new platform to industry professionals who would like to benefit from Cameroon's potential in construction sector. The exhibition will be organized on 30th November - 3rd December 2017 in Yaounde, Cameroon.
Government of Cameroon plans to undertake numerous construction projects and programs primarily. Additionally, construction sector is expected to make a significant contribution to Cameroon's economic growth in the medium term.
Some of these primary construction projects and programs of Government of Cameroon are:Public housings, railways, mines, highways, refurbishment of existing ports, airports, hydropower plants, thermal power plants, high and medium voltage lines, waterway transportation and aquaculture projects.
